13.2 okpkr does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, and circumstances beyond okpkr's reasonable control may result in temporary Service unavailability.
13.3 okpkr's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to okpkr in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit okpkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
